Coding Reviews

At IQR Inc., we provide highly skilled Certified Professional Coders (CPCs) with extensive experience in coding, fee structures, and compliance across a wide range of fee schedules. Our CPCs conduct comprehensive reviews of claim files to ensure the accuracy of coding and appropriate reimbursement.

Our Coding Review Includes:

●       A detailed affidavit that breaks down each code on the relevant bills, thoroughly explaining the application of each code according to the corresponding fee schedule. All references used to support our findings are clearly cited.

●       Copies of any reference materials cited in the report.

●       The CPC’s Curriculum Vitae (CV), along with any additional certifications they hold.

Once the review is complete, our CPCs are available for both in-person and virtual testimony. We work closely with our clients, providing ongoing support from claim review to defense in court or arbitration.
